Job Responsibilities

• Consumables order processing and fulfillment
• Inbound and outbound shipping arrangement and ERP system (PRIORITY) updates
• Tracking order status including documents preparation
• Daily operations with 3PL and headquarter teams
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant and solid experience
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Work experience in machinery industry or consumables is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office aplications especially Excel application and Chinese WP
• Hands on experience in Priority or other ERP system is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skill, strong analytical mind, creative and meticulous
• Be a good geam player with energetic, hardworking, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Contract ended on 31 January 2019 with gratuity bonus
