Job Description
Scope and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day import operations (Phone calls ,emails, full set of import docs and import consol arrangement )
- Follow up import routing order
- Job file closing
- Provide related claims documentation to Claim headquarter / loading office/agent
- Assist on counter service if necessary
- Assist the data entry on reports
- Sharing job duty if teammates on leave
Requirement
- F.5 or above , with at least 2-3 years in related experience
- PC Knowledge
- Fair in English/ Mandarin
- Aggressive ,good interpersonal and communication skills
