The successful candidate will report to Operations Manager under CNC Line Limited. He/ She will be responsible to assist Line Operations Agents (Operations Managers and Ship Manager) in managing vessels’ voyages.

Responsibilities:

• To monitor partners schedule and update daily position and system;
• To manage system operation (i.e. day to day, phase in/out, special event, route creation);
• To deal with changes of destination, loading requests of dangerous goods, OOG and empty containers on partners vessels;
• To ensure the communication of information and data by phone or email with the various participants of the line (agencies, partners, operational centers);
• To control and communicate the various reports on voyages;
• To prepare statistics and adjust databases;
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in International Trade/ Transportation/ Logistics or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year working experience in shipping industry;
• Knowledge on vessel operations;
• Hands-on MS office applications knowledge;
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin;
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Active team player;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
