Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the team to handle daily in/outbound operation
• Ensure KPI’s standard is achieved
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation; including of warehouse operation and fleet team
• Majority on handling the cosmetic product
• Monitoring team performance and productivity
• Communicate with internal customer
• Monthly operation analysis report preparation
• Ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:    

• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or related background is prefer; other degree in any disciplines will be consider
• 3 years related working experience in retail or distribution logistics, 3PL or freight forwarder
• Working experience in retail logistics is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin
• Proficiency in SAP, Ms Word and Excel
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Supervisor
