Qualification Requirements:                                                                                 

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders of relevant disciplines preferably with min 2-3 years of experience or with relevant proven experience;
• Able to communicate in good written & spoken English & Putonghua;
• Be conversant with all such common applications of software as MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, etc. 

Major Job Duties:

 To assist our Procurement Team:

• In sourcing, quotes inquiring, preparation of quote comparisons & proposals, budgetary documents, purchase orders & records for all engineering & construction materials, equipment, plant, tools & consumables;
• In preparing the Procurement & Shipping Plans & coordinating & monitoring shipping progress with regional & site offices
• In administering & keeping all procurement & payment records
