Responsibilities:

• Deputize the Department Head in smooth running of the Fleet Operation Section
• Arrange daily conveyance including truck and delivery attendants’ deployment, manage and schedule delivery routings
• Supervise all fleet operation staff and monitor KPI of the Section
• Handle and investigate complaints and any emergency matter relating to the fleet operation
• Assist the Department Head in formulating policy and conduct constant review of operational procedures of the Section
• Prepare departmental reports for management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in logistics management or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience in delivery operation management and staff supervision. Those with less experience would be considered as Senior Supervisor
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Ability of emergency management and good interpersonal skills and leadership
