The client is a luxury retail company. Headquartered in Europe, they are engaged in high-end jewellery products. Due to continued expansion, they are urgently looking for a Logistics Officer / Sales Coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Supply Chain Manager
• Handle customers POs, orders follow up, samples follow up, and quotation
• Arrange logistic and shipping documents
• Delivery arrangement and control
• Contact with clients for coordination
• Other general supporting for the team

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Overall 5 years of working experiences in shipping or logistic functions - ideally gained in retail industry
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Proficient is using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediately available is a plus
