Key Responsibilities :-

• Work as deputy of the Regional Logistics Manager

• Assists the Manager to monitor daily logistics operations of warehouse and delivery:
• Monitor inbound shipment unloading and put-away process
• Suggest solutions to improve warehouse storage efficiency
• Plan manpower resources to cope with operation needs
• Provide support to supervisors in decision making
• Liaises with third party logistics service providers
• Ensure high quality delivery service to create a satisfied customer
• Minimize shrinkage happened in warehouse and delivery

• Manipulate of various reports on logistics cost and operating efficiency for manager’s review

• Closely communicate with internal customers to provide necessary logistics support

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement :-

• A degree holder (logistics related is highly preferable)
• At least 8 years experience in logistics with 3 years in same level of this post
• Experience of working in a retail service environment is an advantage
• Possess general PC computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel
• Fluent in Cantonese and English both in writing and speaking
• Strong leadership, organization and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and work as a leader in the team
