Job Duties:

• Reporting to Head of Supply Chain Operations
• Manage order fulfillment, monitoring of delivery schedules, supply technical information, handling order enquiries and address complaints and related issues
• Monitor forecast, stock replenishment, system update and payment follow up
• Aware of improvement opportunities in processes and initiate actions

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business/ Supply Chain with at least 4 years' relevant MNC experience in customer service and order processing system
• Detail-oriented, accurate and precise
• Excellent team member with good interpersonal skills to work effectively with different parties
• Adaptable to change and flexible in problem solving, with strong devotion to work
• Fluent communication skills in written and verbal English and Chinese/ Mandarin
• SAP knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
