Key responsibilities:

• Deliver the products and services in the most professional and productive fashion
• Develop and maintain good relationship with airlines/co-loaders for securing business
• Research and investigate in the space charter program possibility
• Develop and Maintain good relationship with GSA
• Check and evaluate our service complied with the IATA requirement and maintain up to standard service level to customer
• Monitor the warehouse operation and continuously review in streamline the workflow and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with Customer Services for better and efficient allocation in cross booking, which directly help to secure business
• Check and confirm the system is updated strictly before deadlines so that customers services can rely on the system to serve our customers in a responsive way
• Examine the information flow from operation to customer service (provide booking details, freight status and other necessary information to the customer service staff) at the earliest time possible enabling them to respond to customers in a professional way
• Monitor the updated scheduling information for all parties when there is any change and keep these information in the most presentable format
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with sales team and the joint sales organization in order to consolidate an accurate volume forecast to the carrier
• Promote continuous improvement in the operation team
• Reduce cost or increase income streams with initiative
• Demonstrates as team model, ensure to work as per above and follow the same vision, company culture and professionalism associated with Maersk Logistics and A.P. Moller
• Develop / Coach / Train Appraising staff under the operation silo with assistance or supervision of branch manager and corporate office
• Collect feedback from Customer Service Team and other functions who will use the above information

Competencies and Qualifications:

• F.5 graduate or above
• 10+ years of experience in air freight industry with 5+ years of management experience
• Industry recognition and capacity planning of AU lane are definite advantage
• Strong sense of team spirit
• Creativeness, self-drive, proactive and highly adaptable to changes are essential
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with commercial senses
• Valid Dangerous Cargoes Regulation Certificate is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
