Responsibilities:

• Report to Director or Senior Management, lead the team for maintaining effective supply chain strategies and procedures including but not limited to warehouse & logistics operational efficiency, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy control and space utilization etc
• Review, implement and improve warehouse & logistics operational procedures and workflow for improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and support the team to handle daily warehouse & logistics operation and review performance (e.g. Pick and Pack, inbound and outbound shipments)
• Review KPI performance and set up monthly and yearly budget and cost control
• Adopt best practice in warehouse safety and customer service
• Handle new system’s training(WMS & TMS) and train up Customer Services skills for operational staff (for 3PL business)
• Support management to achieve company’s objectives and targets
• Prepare various inventory analysis and statistics for management review
• Handle ad hoc projects & delivery arrangement, physical work is required
• Assist in ad-hoc assignmentsas required by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Supply Chain / Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years in warehouse/logistics operations management with at least 5 years in supervisory level
• FMCG/Retail/Trading experience is highly preferable
• Experienced in WMS implementation
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results
• Strong planning, organization and negotiation skills
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Look for improvements and bring insights to the organization
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be offered the position of Senior Manager
