Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor warehouse daily activities;
- Lead the team to achieve goals of quality, productivity and service level;
- Monitor, review & update warehouse SOP’s, training &/or re-training when necessary;
- Champion the safety programs & install a safe work culture at the sites;
- Monitor reports & statistics on various warehouse activities and provide suggestions for improvement;
Requirements
- Cert / Higher Diploma holder or above in Logistic or related discipline
- At least 6 years’ experience in logistics field and 2 years in managerial level;
- Good Command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Good Leadership, Planning, Organizing, Supervisory and People Management Skills
- Good at MS Offices, with good knowledge of WMS applications
