Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient PC knowledge
• Independent, good communication skill, hardworking and willing to work under pressure
• Able to handle full set of shipping document

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of I/E shipping documents, banking documents, L/C, customs declarations, contact suppliers and all related issues
• Work closely with various internal departments and branch offices
• Data maintenance and general reporting
• Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned
