- Completed Secondary education

- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience

- Reply customer inquiries email and follow up online orders

- Handle the inbound & outbound shipment

- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

Office Hours: Monday to Friday (from 9:30am to 7:00pm);

                    Saturday (9:30am to 1:30 pm)
