The jobholder reports to the Assistant Supply Chain Manager and works at our Distribution Center located at Tsing Yi. He/she will monitor supplier shipments to ensure they can arrive to distribution centers on time at the most optimized cost.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Create PO, maintain delivery date and update/monitor all related information
• Coordinate shipment and work closely with vendors and forwarders to ensure deliveries are shipped
• Support in the migration of supplier portal

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in using SAP or ERP is highly preferred
• Good communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
• Structured, organized, pro-active and problem solver
