This position is responsible for assisting logistic / operation managers to provide effective and efficient customer services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments;
• Supervisor and manage warehouse daily operations;
• Develop logistics process improvement and strategies;
• Perform inventory management and regular reviews with customers;
• Ensure the logistics operations meet the required KPI standard;
• Maintain good channels and effective communication with customers, sub-contractors and other departments for both sides benefits;
• Establish and carry out proper working procedure and make a proper corrective and preventive action through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints;
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards;
• Prepare monthly performance reports to the management / customers;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management;
• Maintain effective communication with cooperate teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management , Operations Management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations and/or third party logistics operations with at least 2 years at managerial level;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplines;
• More experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Operation Manager;
• Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Operation Supervisor;
• Immediately available is preferred.
