Job Overview

This position manages all the Operations activities for Ship4E service in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia Region, the position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day parcels operations and resolve issues
• Prepare shipping documents & consignment note and conduct system update
• Ensure quality and accurate deliveries in accordance with SOP
• Cross-check all billing payment before pass to Finance Department
• Work closely with Customer Services and Program team
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
  
  

Education and Experience requirements

• DSE graduate or above. Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Studies is preferable
• Experience in E-Commerce logistics and Airfreight Operations with good coloader network are advantages but not a must

• Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
• Able to code with fast-pace environment, initiative and work independently
• Able to work for long hours and can work under pressure
• Passion in E-Commerce and target to develop career in the logistics field
• Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Officer
