Main purpose of the role:

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational and service delivery matters of a division of Guarding Services.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the smooth day-to day security operations of the post
• Lead the security team to work closely with the different departments of the post to ensure smooth daily operations and special events
• Monitor the scheduling of manpower resources to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner
• Coaching and training the security team to provide outstanding service to client and visitors
• Ensure delivery of high quality services to customers
• Get to know the customers and offer effective solutions to satisfy their security needs
• Handle complaints, requests and enquirers, support different departments' activities.
• Conduct investigation to incidents, complaints and illegal cases
• Perform inspection and audit on the security procedures of the post

Requirements :

• Form 7 or above 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and spoken Mandarin
• Minimum 3 years' experience in security industry, in which 2 years' at supervisory level; security industry experience in hotel management is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory & leadership skills with positive attitude
• Excellent communications, organization and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
