Requirements

• Diploma or above in Design or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in packaging and structural design
• Previous experience in printing or box structural design for USA markets
• Experience in cost estimation will be a great advantage
• Well-versed in using design software including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Attention to details, energetic, self-initiative with creative mindset
• Possess good communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product development and merchandising team for packaging design
• Responsible for packaging and structural design of various kinds of box for US customers
• Ensure the packaging requirements and materials can meet the testing and customers’ requirements
• Communicate with printing company and suppliers on solving the technical problems
• Supervise the packaging department on daily smooth operation
