Responsibility

• Assist in-house designers to develop new product and fabric with buying office and mills
• Conduct research, sourcing and support the design team for development of menswear
• Work closely with design and merchandising team
• Identify product and market trends
• Follow up the whole processes of development
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in menswear product development, preferably gained in brand buying office
• Good product knowledge of garment, fabrics and trims for Asia market
• Strong fashion sense, experience in trend research, material sourcing and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Able to meet tight deadline and can work under pressure
