Job Description
Administration Assistant
Roles:
- Assist in general office administration supports for office equipment/ vehicles/ warehouse facilities/ fixtures e.g. service contract, vehicle license / inspection/ insurance renewal…etc.
- Coordinate / follow-up maintenance orders for office equipment/ vehicle/ fixtures & etc.
- Quotation comparison for equipment/ insurance/ vehicles / services & etc.
- Order office stationery,
- Handle incoming call/ mail/ courier & customers’ greeting,
- Prepare regular reports,
- Participate in organizing / planning of company events,
- Involve in ad hoc tasks, when required.
Requirements:
- F. 5 / Diploma
- 1 – 2 years working experience, preferably in office administration support,
- Good command in English & Chinese, able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage,
- Good MS office & Chinese Input,
- Strong sense of responsibility.
