Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for customers support, Sales Order fulfillment and delivery arrangement according to Customers requirement.

• Establish the Sales & Marketing strategic planning (Products, Pricing, Promotion, Place)
• Maintain a good cooperation relationship with existing valuable customers
• Develop the new potential customers in specific industry
• Monitor the order fulfillment status with factory teams
• Participate in the new products development forum regarding products requirement, quality compliance, costing control planning etc.
• Collect the Voice of Customers and review the Sales satisfactory level with management for continued improvement.
• Monitor the account receivable and payment settlement.
• Study the market trend and report to Managing Director directly.

Requirements

ü   Bachelor degree in manufacturing, engineering or related disciplines is preferable.

ü   5 years or above Sales experience in Stamping or Sheet Metal industry

ü   Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

ü   Excellent communication & presentation skill in customers / supplier liaison

ü   Aggressive, Self-motivated, Flexible and work under pressure.
