Responsibilities: 

• Drive targeted marketing programs and category cultivation via effective segmentation and customized communication journeys
• Develop and lead implementation of year-round member engagement and retention programs to uplift brand value
• Liaison with external partners/agencies to deliver CRM enhancement and system upgrade/customization
• Conduct regular analysis on customer loyalty, purchase patterns and campaign performance to optimize lifecycle and support sales  

Requirements:  

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• 7 years of relevant experience in CRM/ loyalty program management with track record in launching successful customer engagement campaigns
• Experience in analytics and campaign management tools is essential
• A confident team leader and team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital and social media marketing is an advantage
