These are the qualities which you will possess joining us as Project Manager in our Hong Kong Office for our APAC Region. As an international firm, Perrett Laver has offices in London, Vancouver, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Chicago, Hong Kong, Sydney and Amsterdam, Dublin and Singapore. 

In this vital role, you will oversee Perrett Laver’s internal delivery teams working on our clients’ appointments, ensuring quality and providing the primary channel for process and administrative communications with clients and candidates on all work. Working closely with a consultant, you will take ownership of and responsibility for client relationship management a portfolio of 15-20 projects simultaneously.

You will be degree-educated and, as such, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are highly organized, with an outstanding attention to detail, you will share our passion for consistently delivering excellent quality work with an impeccable service-minded approach. With first-class people skills, you will be articulate and clear, both in person and on the telephone, and confident liaising with leaders at the most senior level. Solutions-focused and results-driven, you will thrive on challenge, remain calm under pressure and handle all situations appropriately with care and integrity. As you will be at the heart of the business, it is crucial that you are positive, enthusiastic and a great team player, as yet, highly capable of working independently. There is substantial contact with both clients and candidates, so highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including a strong customer service ethos both internally and externally, and an appreciation of the importance of responsibility, discretion and integrity.
