Responsibilities:

• Conduct supervisory visits for all permanent sites (at least once a week)
• Prepare relevant reports in accordance to clients' requirements where needed.
• Conduct surprise checks for selected sites.
• Assist in incident management with immediate response on site when the needs arise.
• Transportation of relievers during exigencies.
• Dispatch of logistics supply, uniform, equipment and etc.
• Monitor staffs' adherence to all company policies, procedures, code of conduct and ensure that company directions are communicated and implemented.
• Monitor and motivate team members through positive communication and feedback.
• Conduct on-job training to on-site team in accordance to site requirements.
• Assist the Operations team in the management of manpower resources; equipment; and other resources to allow the on-site teams to operate optimally within its allocated budget.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by the Department head.

Requirements: 

• Form 5 and above
• At least 2 years related working experience
• A good team player with positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work and communicate effectively with internal / external parties
• Private Car Driving Licence
