Job Description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for procurement of related premium, printing, office supplies & equipment, etc
- Work with user department (Marketing/Supply Chain/Trade Marketing/HR/Fin/IS) of all procurement related support
- Prepare daily PO & PR in SAP system
- Organize all procurement activities relating to request for price quotes.
- Communicate with vendors regarding prices, product availability and delivery.
- Other ad hoc duty assign by supervisor
Experience & qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- Familiar with basic computer knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint,, Word)
- Detailed oriented and good communication skill
- Summer job/ Fresh graduates are welcome
- Immediate available highly preferable
