Job description

• Key member of the governance structure
• Responsible for driving environmental and social responsibility initiatives
• Assist the board of directors to establish goals and implement strategy to drive continuous improvement in ESG performance, and identify how ESG can be further incorporated into the business process
• Oversee the publication of ESG report, including content development and data gathering
• Benchmark ESG results and performance
• Manage ESG data to ensure consistent and accurate tracking
• Lead regular materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement exercise with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop programs to raise awareness and improve participation in ESG objectives and activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Management, Corporate Sustainability or other relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability development / reporting / stakeholder engagement
• Familiar with HKEx’s ESG Reporting Guide, knowledge of GRI Standards  
• Strong project management skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and language skills
• Resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated with a passion for sustainability
• Good understanding of how environmental and social impacts relate to material business risks and opportunities
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position
