The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Handle bank related documents and prepare monthly bank reconciliation;
• Issue invoices to customers in a timely manner and clear customer remittance in time on daily basis;
• Book vendor invoice and prepare payment proposal;
• Handle employee expense reimbursement according to company policy;
• Support financial audit and tax return with auditor;
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.

Work experience and other requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Major in Accounting, finance or economics field;
• ACCA, CPA or Certified Accountant is preferred;
• Over 2 years of working experience;
• Experience in ERP system is preferred, like SAP, etc.;
• Good communication skill;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
