RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide key support to the Operations Manager for handling MCL cinema operations related matters as to up keep its operations and the service standard.
• Responsible for tasks such as staff training, administration control licence renewal, handling customer complaints and conducting negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
• Frequent regular site visit is required and to be able to perform site duty as required.
• Assists in the control and development of concession sales and other alternative business at the cinema sites.
• To participate actively in all cinema new projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

REQUIREMENTS :

• University graduate with at least 5 years' relevant working experience in operation / customer service perfectly in retail or servicing industry.
• Possesses strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Eager to learn and are committed to take up responsibilities at management level.
• Enjoy teamwork, organized, has strong sense of responsibilities and hard working.
• Able to handle regular office work with relevant computer knowledge.
