Responsibilities: 

• Identify region product drivers of growth. 
• Proposal for the season thru specs planning (Gender /Category /Sub category) at Store Grade level for region 
• Drive the customer to build assortment and depth with the product strategy and historical sales performance. 
• Consolidate, Review & Calibrate orders for the region as per Specs 
• Monitor sell-thru, and drive targeted first quality sell thru% & active inventory for the region/Account  
• Base stock setting and sell thru forecast to do replenishment suggestion by account ¨
• Consumer analysis &Trend analysis and feedback from a regional perspective into product strategy

Requirements: 

• Ability on Retail and Assortment decision support and tools 
• Ability to drive region growth by analyzing the business and applying learning to both current and future seasons 
• Excellent communication skill for cross functional cooperation 
• Good English skills- include writing, communication Works on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors 
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (3+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
• Minimum 3 years retail merchandising experience at an apparel company
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (PPT & Excel)
