Responsibilities:

• Contribute and advise internal control insufficiency and area to be improved 
• Prepare various financial reports and participate in delivery monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly internal and external reports
• Oversee overseas subsidiaries financial performance
• Develop and enhance finance reporting tools for in-depth management reporting  analysis
• Lead and monitor group company’s internal control activities
• Liaise and participate the annual inventory stock count exercise
• Review monthly financial package and highlight exception for management attention
• Drive and lead IT enhancement project
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
      

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline 
• Minimum  5 years of commercial accounting experience, with at least 2 years audit experience and contribute to audit process improvements; non-degree holder, with more than 10 years’ relevant experience would also be considered as Assistant Officer
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP application are preferred
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese (Chinese), English and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated, good communication and analytical mind
• Experience in multinational environment is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
