Main purpose of role:
Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial support to the division through costing and funding control.

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Prepare and construct standard costing template for business units
• Financial and KPI Analysis
• Costing and Financial Analysis
• Monthly reports and variance analysis
• Project work in progress monitoring and analysis
• Assisting the preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Conduct regular operational audits for business units
• Prepare audit reports by agreed schedules
• Liaise with internal and external parties on financial issues
• Ensure internal controls and records are in compliance with company & legal requirement
• Ad hoc / special assignment as required

Job Skills required:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Member of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent professional bodies
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skill and be able to work independently with initiation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skill 
• Proficient in using MS Office, especially in Excel 
• Familiar with Sun Accounts and Vision system 
• Self motivated and able to work independently 
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
• Lesser experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Accountant
