Jobs Scope
- Personal assistant work to AIA Sale Associate Director
- Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to Manager and the team
- Prepare proposals, presentation materials, coordinate meetings and appointment
- Follow up sales service
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Holder
(Welcome to Fresh Graduates and IANG) - Minimum 1 year working experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, native mandarin is an advantage
- Responsible and attentive to details
- Mature and well-organised
- Independent and positive
- Team goal oriented
We Offer
- Salary HK$13,000 to 16,000 (based on work experience)
- Five and half day work (9am - 6pm)
