Job Description:

• Prepare management reports with business overview, analysis and financial advise
• Review and monitor financial performance vs. budgets and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Responsible for month-end closing, preparation of monthly financial reports, and other reports as required by management
• Monitor bank accounts and resolve issues, if any
• In-charge of invoicing, monitoring receivables, and follow up collection from customers

• Prepare purchase orders, review and process payment vouchers and expense reports
• Perform ad hoc assignments from time to time

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional qualification with HKICPA / ACCA
• Min. 3 years of relevant auditing/accounting experience
• Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Verbal Korean skills is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
