Assistant Accountant (Self-financed Programmes Section) (Ref. 18071111-IE)

Duties   

The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

(a) general accounting duties including financial accounting, management accounting and budgeting;

(b) preparation of management reports and financial reports;

(c) handling of enquiries from internal and external parties;

(d) general office administration; and

(e) any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and her delegates.

Qualifications  

Applicants should have:

(a) a recognised degree in Accounting or related disciplines;

(b) some experience in accounting, auditing or other related fields;

(c) proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

(d) a fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and

(e) good communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
