Our client, a well-known Insurance company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Job Description

• Develop a framework and manage the investment compliance processes of the company and/or other entities under the Group, with a focus on pension administration / distribution agency channels
• Manage the relationship with the regulators and the regulatory approval process of insurance/investment/pensions product development and implementation
• Conduct compliance review, investigation and advisory services for business and supporting units to help ensure the company fully complies with market conduct, the relevant rules and regulations
• Accountable for managing Compliance Risks relevant to the activities of the Business Unit
• Promote a culture of compliance and compliance awareness to Business Unit employees to reduce Compliance Risk
• Provide quality reporting on Compliance matters to Business Unit Compliance Officer and/or Chief Compliance Officer and/or Board of Directors

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Legal/Audit/Risk Management/Compliance/Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years working experiences in Compliance related areas preferably in the field of Life Insurance/Pension/MPF, experience working in regulatory bodies is highly regarded
• Investigative mindset
• Familiar with Hong Kong legislation, especially HKIA, SFC, MPFA and PDPO regulations
• Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
