Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle Invoice creation, dispatch & posting
  • Follow up pending invoices with local teams
  • Preparation of debit and credit notes and other adjustments
  • Customer and vessel code creation; Maintenance of customer and vessel database
  • Maintenance of detailed Accounts Receivable status for each customer
  • Handle receipt allocation on daily basis
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end closing
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports
  • Handle internal & external customers’ enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in the procedure improvement & system automation
  • Potential opportunity to help other finance tasks as part of wider Finance scope
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects

 Education and Experience

 

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • One year experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Ledger
  • Hand on experience on credit control and cash management in advantage
  • Proficiency in excel spreadsheet such as pivot table, vlookup, etc
  • More experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Accountant
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
