Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Handle Invoice creation, dispatch & posting
- Follow up pending invoices with local teams
- Preparation of debit and credit notes and other adjustments
- Customer and vessel code creation; Maintenance of customer and vessel database
- Maintenance of detailed Accounts Receivable status for each customer
- Handle receipt allocation on daily basis
- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports
- Handle internal & external customers’ enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Assist in the procedure improvement & system automation
- Potential opportunity to help other finance tasks as part of wider Finance scope
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects
Education and Experience
- Diploma in Accounting
- One year experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Ledger
- Hand on experience on credit control and cash management in advantage
- Proficiency in excel spreadsheet such as pivot table, vlookup, etc
- More experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Accountant
- Fresh graduate is welcome
