職責
- 負責管理、監督店舖日常營運狀況，確保運作流暢;
- 監控產品品質以符合既定的基準水平要求;
- 提供給顧客優質的服務;
- 建立與顧客群可持續的良好關係;
- 店舖營運成本的有效控制;
- 提升店舖的營銷業績;
- 培訓店舖員工建立優秀的團隊;
入職要求
- 中學畢業或具備餐飲相關文憑/學位課程程度;
- 不少於5年從事相關餐飲業經驗，至少3年為店舖管理監督層;
- 具日式連鎖餐廳工作經驗更佳;
- 具良好的工作態度，富責任感，善於處理人際關係及溝通技巧;
- 具備優秀領導能力，協作及執行力，注意團隊精神意識;
- 經驗較淺者可申請副店舖經理
- 熟識電腦應用操作
