Job Duties:

1.  Responsible for Human Resources functions including Recruitment, Payroll Calculation, C&B Administration, and HRIS;
2. Maintain and update employee records, personnel filing and database administration.
3. Participate in HRIS setup and customization projects
4. Prepare and consolidate different kind of HR reports
5. Handleotheradhoc duties as assigned
6. Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirments:

1. Degree holder in Human Resources/Hotel management or related disciplines.
2. Min 5 years experience in hotel industry.
3. Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinance.
4. Mature, independent, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded.
5. Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
