Duties

• To provide fare quotation, ticket issuance and fare briefing to front-line staff
• To assist front-line staff in task related to air reservation and fare quotation
• To maintain the in-house fare database with up-to-date fare information
• To assist the Supervisor in preparing and conducting training courses
• To assist junior ticketing staff in solving ticketing and tariff problems

Requirements

• Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ticketing and fare calculation
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge (Word and Excel) with knowledge of Abacus, Galileo, Amadeus, E-Term and XML preferred
• Candidates of good calibre but with less experience will be considered for the position of Ticketing Consultant
