Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing account receivable functions including issuance of invoice & collection, handling month-end closing, preparing revenue analysis and various ad hoc analysis
• Liaise with customers on all issues related to invoicing including procedures, disputes and deadlines. 
• Respond to customer inquiries on billing/invoicing/monthly reports.
• Update data in system to ensure it is properly recorded
• Recommend alternatives on improving billing systems and procedures for efficient operation
• Participate in system automation to improve operation efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance related discipline with minimum 4 years of relevant working experiences
• Previous experience at telecommunications industry or sizable companies will be an advantage
• Independent, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadline
• Proven track record in handling large amount of data
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Accounting Officer
