The Job

• Provide accounting support including book keeping, prepare vouchers, bank reconciliation and other related general accounting duties.
• Responsible for input data for accounting invoices, analysis schedule, issue cheques and payment.
• Manage bank account, bank transactions and petty cash
• Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCCI  Higher level
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Be independent, self-initiative, well-organized
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC knowledge includingFlex system, Excel & Word, Chinese Typing and Multiable System
• Better have experience of working in Listed Company
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with more experiences would be considered for higher level
