Roles and Responsibilities:     

• Coordinate customers settlement and assist in handling full set of I/E and Letter of credit.
• Follow-up customer past due invoices and resolve timely AR related discrepancies/issues.
• Distribute Statement of Account to customers on regular basis or upon request.
• Conduct periodic review on customer account.
• Assist in month end closing duties, such as bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, etc.
• Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned and required.

Experience Required:              

• Form 5 or above, with LCC Inter or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in trading, especially in Accounts Receivable function and handling I/E shipping documents is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Able to work independently and work under pressure, with efficiency
• Experience in ERP system and strong PC skills
• Immediately availability or short will be advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Accounting Clerk
