To cope with strong business growth and needs, we are now looking for a self-motivated and high calibre person to join our Department of Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare cashflow, budget and month end management reports
• Raise invoices and credit notes as appropriate
• Maintain a good filing system and keep proper records of documents in compliance with the accounting standards, company policies and legal requirements
• Liaise with External Auditors for the year end accounts
• Provide administrative support to executives and daily operations
• Serve as a link between finance and other departments by handling questions, interpreting and administering financial information
• Ad hoc duties when required

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or financed related disciplines
• Preferably 5 years working experience in accounting and administration preferred
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills as well as Coordination Skills, Proactive, Self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in English, both verbal and writing
• Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility
