Job Description

• Responsible for the compliance management of the company
• Take corrective actions and appropriate disciplinary measures for compliance violations
• Conduct a compliance investigation within the company
• Identify and assess compliance risks, provide compliance support, and publish independent compliance audit opinions
• Review on business contracts
• Compliance audit of documents,including contracts, systems, and external information disclosure，Meet the requirements of laws and regulations and internal management of the company
• Organize and promote internal policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws & regulations and regulatory policies periodically
  
• Assist in ad hoc project as assigned by the head of Department

Job Requirement

• University degree in Law or related discipline，qualified lawyer is preferred
• 3 years legal and compliance work experience in financial industry
• Solid knowledge of industry laws & regulations and regulatory policies，strong sense of compliance & risk control and ability to make good judgements
• Clear thinking,  rigorous, strong sense of service, strong research and analysis, strong logical judgment
• Proficiency in Chinese business writing, strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Good communication & collaboration skill
