Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager in daily accounting routine of the Firm via in-house system;
• Handling daily accounting entries and bookkeeping for both Office Accounts and Clients’ Accounts of the Firm;
• Assist to handle the payment requests, incoming funding, cheque clearance procedures, client loan transactions and drawdown etc.;
• Responsible for the daily banking transactions and petty cash;
• Assisting in month-end closing;
• Any accounting ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Matriculated or above
• 1 – 2 years’ relevant experiences
• Mature, willing to learn and take up challenges
• Positive attitude, organized, meticulous and detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
