Responsibilities

• Daily entry AR & AP transactions, including reconciling of intercompany transactions
• Prepare the daily income reports and submit to the Account Supervisor
• Assist the supervisor in month end closing and schedules
• Prepare vouchers and be responsible for data input into accounting system/validation and filing on a timely manner
• Verify and process account payable / receivable transactions and other financial transaction
• Petty Cash administration
• Follow up and assist to resolve disputes with customers and operation teams
• Assist in financial audit, tax computation in a timely manner
  

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with minimum 5 years relevant working experience;
• Mature, good numeric sense, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting System is preferred
• Trustworthy, discreet in handling confidential information; 
• Familiar with Hong Kong taxation system is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate available is preferable
