Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial and management reporting duties for Greater China Region and report back to HK head office
• Oversee all accounting and financial activities in Mainland and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
• Prepare and submit monthly, interim and annual group financial reporting
• Prepare budgets, management reports and other ad hoc reports
• In charge of providing valuable insights on cash flow, balance sheet and working capital
• Co-ordinate with the Group external auditors to complete the interim and annual audit
• Deal with various local government officials in respect of regulatory & compliance issues, including tax, accounting & foreign exchange matters
• Manage financial controls in compliance with the Group Policy

Requirements

• CPA Qualified with Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accountancy or relevant subjects
• Previous Audit experience from reputable firm preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in financial and management reporting
• Regional experience in APAC or Greater China is preferred
• Experience working with SSC is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage overseas staff
• Station in China
