Our client is a sizable garment manufacturer listed in Hong Kong. To support their expansion, they are now hiring a finance manager for their finance operation. 

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Manager and supervise the daily operations of the Finance team
• Manage the daily cash flow position and funding arrangement
• Prepare the monthly accounts on a timely and accurate basis
• Review transactions critically so as to ensure that all transactions are processed in a cost-effective & efficient manner
• Review and develop guidelines and procedures to improve the work flows to strengthen internal control systems
• Prepare and analyze financial information on a timely basis
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with HKIPCA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• At least 8 years relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge on ERP system and procedure enhancement with hands on experience
• Good command of English and Cantonese (both oral and written)
• Proactive work attitude with good communication and analytical skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and a good team player
• Able to meet reporting deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel
