Hong Kong Office of a Property Developer HQ in Guangzhou

Responsibilities & Duties：

A)      Daily Finance Accounting

1. Fee Approval (Office Expenses & Disbursement)
2. Bill Payments & Prepare Financial Statements
3. Keep Books of Accounts as required

B)      Preparing Financial Statements & Tax Return

1. Prepare Accurate Financial Statement s as standards required  and submit to HQ for review in time
2. Prepare Tax Return according to HK Tax Regulations and submit to HQ in time
3. Submit approved Tax Return to Inland Revenue
4. Liaise with Inland Revenue

C)      Reconciliations and Settlements with HQ

D)      Coordination as required by HQ

Requirement:

1. Undergraduate or above of relevant disciplines
2. Able to write, read and speak English and (Simplified) Chinese  
3. Familiar with Hong Kong Tax Regulations
4. Flexibility, Responsible, Earnest and Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure
5. Able to work with various office equipment and software
6. Immediate available is preferred

职责：

日常财务核算

- 费用的审核与账务处理（办公室费用及人员费用）
财务报表编制及报税

- 及时编制财务报表，交总部审核

- 准确及时申报

集团总部往来核对和清理。

配合集团总部要求，开展工作

要求：

1、相关学历，能读、写中英文

2、熟悉香港税务条例。

3、处事灵活，负责，能承受压力

4、能运用办公设备和办公软件
